Grant Report

We hope our grant has helped to boost your organisation's mission, and we would love to hear how it was spent and what difference it made.

You can either upload a written report or answer our questions online, whichever is easier for you.

Grant Report

About your organisation

Your report

*please only send an interim report if you are a multi-year-grant holder OR your one-year grant project is differing significantly from what we agreed to fund.
PDF or Word document, up to 10 MB. Interim reports: up to one side of A4. End of grant reports: up to two sides of A4. Please use our questions below as headings if you can.

Questions you could use as headings:

  • Did the project follow what was requested in your grant application?
  • What was most successful about the project and why?
  • Did anything not go to plan?
  • What lessons were learned over the course of the project?
  • How has your project improved the lives of your beneficiaries?
  • Is this work continuing? If so, have you secured new funding for it?
  • Did you spend the entire grant? If you are carrying funds forward, please explain your plans and timeframe.

Please write simply and without jargon. Bullet points are fine; we do not want this to be onerous. Interim reports: a few lines per question is plenty.

We appreciate honesty and understand things don't always go to plan.
A short story or case study is very welcome. It really brings to life the difference the project has made. Please don't include anyone's name or identifying details without their consent.
For interim reports, please tell us whether spending is on track.

Photos and film (optional)

A few photographs or a link to a short film are always welcome, but not essential.

Up to 5 images, 5 MB each. Please only share photos you have permission to share.

Feedback for us (optional)

The views of those we support are very important to us in improving our work.

We read every report we receive, but it can take several weeks for us to do so. If you would like to re-apply straight away, you can send your report alongside a new application. New applications start with our online Eligibility Checker.
